Price and Fee Disclosure Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how brexsion.com displays fares and fees, under Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiiu" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and Zakon Ukrainy "Pro reklamu" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
2. Total price
Before you confirm a booking, the total price payable in hryvnia (UAH) is shown, including all mandatory charges: base fare, service and booking fees, taxes and mandatory levies. No mandatory charge is added later.
3. Optional costs
Optional items appear separately with their own prices and are charged only if you actively select them (seat selection, extra baggage, insurance, priority service). Declining an optional item does not affect access to the main service.
4. Student discounts
Discounts are offered where stated on the offer page. Eligibility is verified with a valid student ID or equivalent document from a recognised institution. The discount applies only to the eligible part of the price; mandatory fees stay payable. If verification fails, the standard price applies and you may cancel before payment.
5. Limited-time offers
Offers state the exact validity period, price and conditions, and apply only to bookings completed in that period. Misleading or hidden pricing is not used, per Zakon Ukrainy "Pro reklamu" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
6. Currency and tourism services
All prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise; no undisclosed payment surcharge is added. Where we act as a tour agency, our status and any tour operator licence data are provided per Zakon Ukrainy "Pro turyzm" No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.
7. Personal data
Data submitted with an enquiry or booking is processed on a lawful basis, usually consent, as set out in our Privacy Policy, per Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh" No. 8153-IX of 17.12.2024.
