Every route is priced as a ledger. The mandatory costs are summed first and shown as a single figure before you pay a deposit. Optional extras sit in a separate list at the same type size, so the two never blur together.

05 / Fare questions
Every figure below is the mandatory total for one student, in EUR with an indicative UAH equivalent at a fixed rate of 1 EUR = 46.20 UAH.
The student fare is for enrolled students aged 18 and over. A valid student ID is presented once at boarding and checked against the manifest; without it the standard fare difference is collected on the day. Student total €189 (about ₴8,730), standard total €239 (about ₴11,040).
Medical cover required at the border is mandatory and appears inside the total as a named line, at the same size as every other line. Not included: visa and permit fees, meals, optional excursions and transfers outside the listed meeting point.
No. brexsion.com does not provide visa services, does not influence a border officer's decision and does not guarantee entry into any country. We give you the document list, the insurance policy and the meeting point. The final decision belongs to the officer.
We tell you no later than 14 days before the date, and you choose: move to another departure at the same published price, or take a full refund of deposit and balance within 5 working days. The deposit is €40 and refundable until the balance date.
