Travel Package Terms
1. Provider Identification

2. Pre-Contractual Information
Before you book a travel package, we provide clear information about the package, total price, itinerary, accommodation, transport, and any health/safety requirements. This complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.
3. Itinerary Changes
We may change the itinerary before departure due to weather, safety, or supplier changes. If significant changes occur, you may accept them or cancel with a full refund. For packages involving EU destinations, Directive (EU) 2015/2302 applies where relevant.
4. Insolvency Protection
Where required by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995, we maintain insolvency protection for package travel. Details are available upon request.
5. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@brexsion.com or +380 935 272 9229. We respond within 10 business days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodsprozhivsluzhba) under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
