We will acknowledge and respond to complaints within the timeframes established by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, consumers may apply to the Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba or to the courts.
