Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Tourism service information is provided under Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995.

Under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023, you have the right to clear pre-contract information and a complaint procedure.
